For admission to Ph.D. programmes (both full-time and part-time) offered by the universities and research centres in the state of Andhra Pradesh for the academic year 2023–24, the Andhra Pradesh Research Common Entrance Test (APRCET 2023–24) will be conducted in April 2024, if not earlier. The qualified candidates are notified that they must pay the application registration and processing fee using an online payment channel in order to submit their applications online starting on February 20, 2024. Information:
- Applications for admission to Ph.D. programmes (Full-Time / Part-Time) offered by various universities and accredited research centres in the state of Andhra Pradesh in the subject areas indicated in are being accepted by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of the APSCHE.
- For the academic year 2023–24, Annexure I via the Andhra Pradesh Research Common Entrance Test (APRCET 2023–24). 2. It is recommended that applicants thoroughly read the information brochure and apply for admission by checking the appropriate reservation category in the application form. Under no circumstances will requests to be included or to change the reservation category once made be fulfilled. The ultimate admittance will depend on the availability of openings and the accuracy of the data that the applicant submitted.

The application fee is Rs. 1500 for OC, Rs. 1300 for BC, and Rs. 1000 for SC, ST, and PWD, as per subject. Additional bank charges apply. After carefully checking all the information you entered in the online application form, click the “Submit” button. Take a printout of the completed “Online Application Form” after submitting the form online. Eligible:
- Candidates who meet the minimum requirements listed below may pursue a Ph.D. in the Science, Arts, Humanities, Social Science, Fine Arts, Education, Physical Education, or other faculties full-time (FT) or part-time (PT).
- Studies in engineering and technology, architecture and planning, law, pharmaceutical sciences, commerce and management, etc., Admissions to Ph.D. programmes will take place in accordance with the current reservation guidelines, which are periodically modified by the Andhra Pradesh government. Along with the APRCET announcement, specific information regarding the qualifying requirements pertaining to faculty and specialisation will be sent out. Any discipline that the APRCET Committee deems necessary may be added, divided, or eliminated with appropriate justification. Full-Time (FT) Applicants seeking admission to the doctoral programme must possess.
